To enable mini-games on the server, you need to use /config minigames command and choose channel where users can use /dice and /duel commands.

In mini-games bets only from 20 coins are accepted.

Users can specify the specific user they wish to play against. If this optional argument is passed, anyone can accept their request on duel or dice.
