Configuration

First of all, you need to create embed with bot by using any method from this guide. Also you need to create 2 categories. One of them for newly created tickets, another one for archive.

After that use /ticket set and specify Reina's message ID you want to attach the button to.

With commands /config ticketcategory and /config ticketarchive specify categories which you want to use.

Blacklist

If you find some user abusing your tickets, you can just blacklist them by using command /ticket blacklist add and remove him by using /ticket blacklist remove.
